In 爱尔兰 Statkraft develops, owns and operates renewable production facilities. We are also involved in the trading and 发放 of power from our own projects and those of third parties.
The Statkraft 爱尔兰 team is based in Cork in south western 爱尔兰, and in Tullamore in the Midlands region. The team has many years of experience, having previously been part of Element Power 爱尔兰 which Statkraft acquired in 2018. They had previously built a significant project portfolio of 1,300 MW in 爱尔兰.
爱尔兰 is one of the selected growth markets for wind and 太阳能发电 in Statkraft, given the country’s significant renewable energy resources, particularly in terms of wind energy. Statkraft is already playing a leading role in the transition to a low carbon future, and believe that the company’s experience and capabilities will be of service to 爱尔兰 in this transition over the coming years.
Further investments in Irish renewables fit well into Statkraft’s growth strategy. The company’s global ambition is to become a major wind and solar developer with an annual development rate of ~2.到2025年将达到5- 3gw.
